Wemyss Story

Wemyss has been established for over 70 years and can trace its roots directly to the weaving mill established by the brothers George and James Johnston in East Wemyss, Scotland as far back as the 1860’s.

Now re-located in Dundee since 2006 our designers work closely with a carefully selected group of the best weavers and printers across the world drawing inspiration from archive documents, the natural world as well as other topical themes to continually create beautiful new collections of fabrics and wallcoverings. With an established range of plains and semi-plain fabrics plus original printed designs, lustrous sheers, decorative weaves and textured wallcoverings we think you will find the perfect combination to help inspire the best interior project.

Focused on providing excellent customer service we offer a next day service within the UK on orders and sampling to enable an efficient creative process to all of our trade customers.
